🗣 Languages: English + any 2 (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi)
🔍 What you’ll do:
✔ Audit & monitor quality with precision
✔ Deliver impactful feedback to improve agent performance
✔ Analyze CSAT/DSAT trends & drive improvements
✔ Act as SME for quality standards & best practices
✔ Identify gaps & implement CAPA initiatives
