Roles and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
Understanding client needs and providing pre-sales support.
Updating details of inquiries in the excel (Name, Contact no., Location, etc.)
Recording important details of each conversation in excel.
Coordinate with the sales team.
Assisting in the preparation of quotations and data.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Managing and maintaining all the relevant data in excel.
