Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and queries.
Manage service bookings and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers and technicians.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Basic Computer & WhatsApp knowledge
Good communication skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
