Job Description



Job Responsibilities

Manage online sales through the company website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other online platforms.


Handle customer enquiries, explain products and convert enquiries into orders.


Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.


Manage online orders, order confirmation, payment follow-up and dispatch coordination.

Coordinate with the production, packing and delivery teams for timely order processing.


Respond to customer questions regarding products, pricing, delivery and customization.


Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales


Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of online selling and e-commerce platforms.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram for business.
