1 - Process Coordinator would be responsible for supporting the Owner in carrying out his day to day operations.
2- Should be aware and keep record of status of all the ongoing orders and their timelines and deliverables.
3- Has to coordinate with in-house team leader and ensure timely delivery.
4- Need to follow up with team. This would mean managing the process with the organisation and ensuring that all the people stick to the processed designed by the organisation.
5- Need to create periodic reports on status of work
6- Process Coordinator would liaise with the members at all levels across business in order to run the porjects within the company
7- Need to update queries ofthe customers and record the detail of customer support and ensure timely cordination.
8- Need to update vendor details, lead details, repeat order details and other trackers in the system
