We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who has experience in mutual funds / financial services and is NISM certified. The role involves assisting investors/clients with queries related to mutual funds, transactions, investment portfolio support, redemptions, SIP handling, and providing product guidance.
Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp queries, and investor support requests.
Assist customers with mutual fund transactions including SIP, switches, redemptions, and account statements.
Provide correct information about MF schemes, risk profiles, and product suitability.
Assist clients in resolving issues related to KYC, FATCA, Nomination, and Folio details.
Coordinate with AMCs / RTAs (CAMS, KFin etc.) for transaction or service escalations.
Maintain customer interaction logs and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
Guide investors on platform/app usage and help in onboarding new customers.
Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI & AMFI guidelines during customer communication.
NISM V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in customer support / investor services / mutual fund advisory.
Strong understanding of mutual fund products, SIPs, ELSS, Debt, Hybrid & Equity schemes.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Customer-first attitude and ability to handle queries with patience and accuracy.
Knowledge of transaction platforms, CAMS/KFin portal, and common MF documentation preferred.
