Marketing Representative

We are looking for a Marketing Representative to join our team at Intellect Academia. This role involves handling customer support calls, providing exceptional assistance, and addressing queries and concerns related to academic writing and digital marketing. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 plus incentives, and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Meet performance targets

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales

• Conduct SEO audits and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings

• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform data-driven decisions

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive sales

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in customer support and digital marketing

• Skills: Computer knowledge, international calling, query resolution, non-voice/chat process, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, data analytics

• Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week during the day shift

• Good command of English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Location: Dumdum, Kolkata (office-based)

• Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 plus ₹15,000 incentives, competitive salary with performance-based bonuses

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:45 AM to 6:45 PM, with flexibility for weekends or evenings as needed
