📌 Job Summary

Lead Height Digital Marketing is looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager / Client Success Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal digital marketing teams.

The role involves managing client relationships, understanding business goals, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, digital marketing understanding, and experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Understand client business objectives and marketing goals

• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Design & Content)

• Conduct client onboarding and requirement discussions

• Share campaign strategies and execution plans with clients

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates

• Prepare monthly performance reports and review calls

• Handle client feedback, revisions, and expectations professionally

• Ensure timely delivery of services and project deadlines

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Maintain strong long-term client relationships

• Improve client retention and satisfaction scores

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Digital Marketing Agency / Client Servicing

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services:

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Meta & Google Ads

  • SEO & Local SEO

  • Lead Generation campaigns

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving and coordination ability

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Client handling & relationship management experience

🛠 Preferred Tools Knowledge

• Google Analytics & Reporting basics

• Meta Business Manager (basic understanding)

• Project management tools (Trello / ClickUp / Asana)

• Excel / Google Sheets reporting

• CRM tools (preferred)

• Agency background preferred

• Experience handling 8–15 client accounts

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Ability to explain marketing performance to non-technical clients
