Responsibilities:
1. Act as a single point of contact and face for the MNC chemical company and
represent Best Roadways Limited.
2. Coordinate with the Operations Managers of Best Roadways Limited to
ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
3. Update and maintain the client's ILS portal with accurate information.
4. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure that all deliveries are completed on
time.
5. Place vehicles and coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely and
efficient transportation.
6. Follow up with drivers and vendors to ensure that all deliveries are completed
on time.
7. Maintain effective communication with the client and provide regular updates
on delivery schedules and any other relevant information.
8. Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
9. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures and implement
changes where necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics
or transportation industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
