Allocate calls to ASPs/Payroll engineers via CRM

Follow up with ASPs for timely updates and ensure faster closures

Willingness to work on rosters, including Sundays/holidays

Ability to handle irate customers calmly and professionally

Prior experience with CRM software preferred

Ability to respond to customer emails, chats, and WhatsApp messages
