. Role Overview The Inside Sales Representative will act as the first point of contact for potential customers. The role involves lead generation, qualifying prospects, and creating new sales opportunities through outbound communication channels such as calls, emails, and social media.
Key Responsibilities • • • • • • Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities Qualify prospects and assign them to the sales team Conduct market research and identify key decision-makers Schedule meetings and product demonstrations Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria • • Graduation preferred Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience in sales
1 Required Skills & Competencies • • • • • • • • Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales Good research and analytical skills Ability to understand customer needs and pain points Willingness to learn cloud and SaaS-based products Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
