Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer and technical queries through inbound calls
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines
Respond to inquiries professionally with empathy and ownership
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively
Ensure excellent service feedback and customer satisfaction
Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing tools
Client Updates:
High emphasis on communication quality and customer experience
Structured ITIL-based service desk environment
