- Handle customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and update cases through CRM portals.
- Prioritize and assign customer cases based on category.
- Provide timely acknowledgements and updates to customers.
- Perform initial issue analysis and escalate when required.
- Meet SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
