Job Description
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an International Voice Process (US) at Transcom, Gurgaon. You will be handling inbound calls from American customers for Vivint Smart Home — a leading US-based smart home security and automation company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding smart home devices and services
Troubleshoot technical issues related to smart home equipment — security cameras, smart locks, alarm systems, and home automation devices
Guide customers step-by-step to resolve connectivity and app-related issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quick and effective solutions
Identify opportunities to upsell upgraded plans and new smart home products to existing customers
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system
Meet daily targets for call handling time, customer satisfaction, and upselling
Required Skills & Eligibility
Excellent English communication skills — verbal fluency is mandatory
Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (US/UK/Australia process preferred)
Tech support or troubleshooting experience is mandatory
Comfortable with rotational shifts including night shifts (US time zone)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Graduate or Undergraduate both can apply
Must reside within 20 KM from Sector 30, Gurgaon
