Job Description

We are looking for a International Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to customer complaints. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹40,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US customers to take restaurant food orders.
Accurately enter and process orders in the system.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth order processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Graduate and Undergraduate candidates are eligible to apply.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: Up to ₹38,000 per month
🎯 Weekly Incentives: Up to ₹3,000
