Job Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates for an International Voice Process to support employees of a global organization. The role involves handling inbound HR-related queries over calls and providing timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound voice calls from employees based in the US.
Resolve HR-related queries including payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, employee records, onboarding, and HR policies.
Provide a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism.
Accurately document interactions and update internal systems.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Any Graduate (2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs).
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (US timings).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
