Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to memberships

• Identify customer needs and upsell relevant membership plans

• Build rapport and ensure excellent customer service

• Meet daily/weekly upselling targets

• Maintain accurate call and sales records

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or sales preferred (freshers with strong communication can apply)

• Comfortable with part-time evening shift

• Target-driven with a positive attitude
