Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed and structured call logs, issue trackers, and customer follow-up notes.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 1 to 2.5 years in a voice-based KPO or customer support environment .
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, listening, and soft skills.
