Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Technical App Upgrade Process

1. Location: Thane, Maharashtra

2. Experience Required: 1 – 2.5 Years

3. Employment Type: Full-time (On -Site)

This is a voice-based support role with a strong emphasis on technical communication, user education, and customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage outbound customer calls focused on application upgrade assistance.
