Job Description

We are looking for a International Travel Consultant to join our team at Paradise Yatra. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls i n a professional and efficient mannerAddress customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approachMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-upsProvide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issuesWork collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesMeet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
