Roles and Responsibilities
Manage corporate client accounts, ensuring timely communication and efficient travel arrangements.
Coordinate hotel bookings, tour packages, holiday packages, itineraries, and travel bookings for clients.
Handle international travel requirements including documentation.
Utilize online portals to manage outbound tours and corporate travel management services.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-4 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field (travel packages).
Strong knowledge of hotels' policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems for booking purposes (e.g., Expedia, make my trip, TBO ).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
