Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager with expertise in social media and influencer marketing to develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies across social media platforms

- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations

- Create engaging content that drives brand awareness and sales

- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product)

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in brand management within the cosmetic industry

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

- Proven experience in influencer marketing and management

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and identity

Preferred Skills:

- Social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

- Content creation and curation

- Influencer relationship management
