The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored logistics and warehousing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients in need of warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Solution Selling:
Understand client needs and propose logistics solutions (including storage, handling, distribution, and transportation) that align with their operations.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and billing.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely closing of deals.
