Location: Bangalore (Electronic City / Brookfield)

Qualification:

Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of International Call Centre experience in Technical Support
Experience: 1–3 Years (1 Years Relevant Experience Mandatory in International customer technical support)
No Desk Support / No Admin Support
Print Support / Desktop Support background acceptable only if technical troubleshooting experience is strong
On-paper relevant experience required (Minimum 1 year in Technical Support)
Process: International & India (Hindi & English) Candidate comms should be excellent and also they know Hindi.

Technical Skills Required:

Hardware & Desktop Troubleshooting
Networking basics
IP Address configuration
BIOS
Operating Systems (Windows)
Basic printer troubleshooting
Strong technical troubleshooting knowledge (Tech round will be conducted)
