Job Description

Sales-MIS Generation, (Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Collections etc)

 Preparation of various reports on sales, free issues, expiry, collection, outstanding, inventory, filed activity, etc.

 To co-ordinate with sales team for timely getting sales statement, Collection data, tour program etc. & compilation of the same.

 To Draft incentive scheme as per requirement & calculation of Incentive after finalization of sales data.

 To ensure timely dispatch and delivery of promotional inputs/samples.

 Communication with field force regarding web reports and ensure smooth functionally of the reporting software.

 Providing report on various promotional expenses Vs sales.

 Send emails to filed regarding field force activities/ Drs Call average/sales,

 Field management support functions
