Job Opportunity: International Chat Support Executive
We are looking for dynamic and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Chat Support Executives for a leading international e-commerce and food delivery platform. In this role, you will be the digital voice of the brand, assisting US-based customers with their real-time inquiries.
Position Overview
Role: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice)
Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
Shift: US Night Shift (9-hour rotational window between 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced professionals are both welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real-time chat interactions with US customers regarding order status, deliveries, and refunds.
Provide accurate, professional, and timely resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Navigate multiple tools and systems to track data and update customer records.
Maintain the brand's tone of voice while multitasking across several chat windows.
Candidate Profile
Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Communication: Excellent written English skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of 30 WPM+.
Availability: Comfortable working in a dedicated night shift environment.
Age Limit: Up to 38 years.
Compensation & Benefits
Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 Monthly
Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 Monthly (based on previous experience and interview performance).
Transport: Two-way centralized transport facility provided.
