Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of BPO Experience (Mandatory)

Qualification: Any Graduate / PUC

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through Chat/Email.

Resolve customer issues accurately and within TAT.

Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Update customer records and case details.

Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory.

Good written English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.
