We are hiring International Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle customer interactions and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

• Meet performance metrics

• Graduate (mandatory)

• 0 – 3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

• Open to night shift

• Comfortable with 6 days working week
