Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented professional to support the B2B sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for WatchYourHealth’s digital health solutions.
The role focuses on lead generation, initial outreach, and coordinating meetings with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
➡ Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and databases
➡ Communicate and explain WatchYourHealth health solutions to potential clients
➡ Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM
➡ Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
➡ Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
➡ Maintain daily reports on leads, interactions, and follow-ups
Performance Expectations
✔ Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets
✔ Schedule a high number of qualified meetings
✔ Ensure effective and timely follow-ups
✔ Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting
Requirements
✔ Graduate (preferred)
✔ 0–3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Comfortable with calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
✔ Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
✔ Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
