Profile : Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (Inbound)
Location: Dahisar (East)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Qualification : Minimum HSC passed
Key Responsibilities
• Manage reservations and large event bookings across all restaurants
• Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food, service, or bookings
• Provide accurate information about menus and group bookings
• Handle complaints via Google reviews, DMs, calls, and emails
• Prepare end-of-day reports
• Follow up on complex customer cases
• Meet KPIs and maintain service standards
• Record details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with restaurant managers
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: 1–4+ years in Customer Service / Call Centre
• Qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good grammar and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Calm and composed while handling difficult customers
Working Days & Timings
• Monday to Sunday (1 fixed week off between Monday–Thursday)
• Open availability required (Rotational roster & weekend availability mandatory)
Shift Windows:
3:00 AM – 1:00 PM
4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Female candidates preferred)
Note : Night shift allowance provided for male candidates (as per KM policy).
