About the Role

First Source is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide detailed information about products or services to customers.

• Log and document all interactions and transactions in the designated system.

• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to resolve customer issues.

• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• Education: Must be a Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and/or relevant regional language).

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain professionalism.

Salary and Compensation

• Shift: Rotational Shifts (Candidates must be comfortable working in shifts as per business requirement, which may include night shifts).
