Role Overview
The Life Insurance Department Executive is responsible for managing all LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India), HDFC Life , Bajaj Life related operations within the firm, including policy servicing, client coordination, documentation, and follow-up. The role ensures smooth execution of all insurance processes and supports financial advisors by providing accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities
1. Policy Servicing & Operations
Handle new LIC policy proposals, form filling, documentation, and submission.
Track policy issuance status and follow up with LIC branches as required.
Manage renewal premium reminders, collections, and payment follow-ups.
Assist clients with policy loan processing, surrender, revival, nomination changes, and other servicing requests.
2. Client Coordination & Support
Act as a primary point of contact for LIC-related queries from clients.
Provide clients with policy details, benefits, maturity information, and statements.
Schedule meetings for advisors with clients for new policy planning or portfolio reviews.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain updated records of all client policies in CRM or internal systems.
Ensure 100% accuracy in proposal forms, KYC documents, and declarations.
Handle compliance requirements related to IRDAI and LIC guidelines.
4. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly reports on policy issuance, renewals, and pending cases.
Coordinate with the branch/DO/BO staff for updates and escalations.
Support the financial advisory team with product comparisons and illustrations.
