Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for office assistant (female candidate preferred) to join our team United Systems & Automation. This role involves Making quotations, Quotation follow-ups, Payment follow-ups, maintained details data in excel file and providing administrative support. Get In Hand Salary 12000~15000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making quotations.

• Quotations follow-ups.

• Payment follow-ups

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and minimum 1 year experience. The position requires Basic knowledge of commuter , having good communication skills ,  strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
