Job Title: Quotation Maker

Location: Kandivali west/ Bhiwandi/Thane/Panvel

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quotation Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations based on design drawings, measurements, and client requirements.

This role requires basic analytical skills to interpret technical drawings and measurements and convert them into cost estimates using predefined templates and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost quotations for projects based on drawings and client specifications.

• Interpret and understand basic measurements and layout drawings to create accurate quotes.

• Work closely with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope.

• Maintain and update quotation records, price lists, and relevant documentation.

• Use MS Excel and internal tools to prepare and maintain quotation templates.

• Coordinate with factory teams during the training phase to understand production aspects and costing.

• Ensure timely submission of quotations and respond to any clarifications from clients or teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of measurements and the ability to read and interpret drawings.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

• Fast learner with a keen interest in design and production processes.

• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
