We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive – HR Telecaller to support our recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for calling candidates, managing interview coordination, maintaining records, and assisting in daily HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• 80% Calling and 20% Report work
• Make outbound calls to candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Handle candidate sourcing through job portals, references, and social media
• Maintain daily HR calling reports and update candidate status
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
• Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation process
• Handle basic back office administrative work
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
