Position: Field Technical Support Executive

Location: Mahalakshmipuram, Bengaluru

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma in Electronics & Communication (E&C)

Diploma in Computer Science

ITI (Electronics, Electrician)

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Biometric Systems, Boom Barriers, and other Security & Automation Solutions.

Troubleshooting hardware and networking issues.

Preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.

Providing technical support and ensuring timely service completion.

Coordinating with customers and the internal technical team.

Desired Skills:

Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware.

Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
