Key Responsibilities
Installation & Setup – Install new machines/equipment at client locations
Maintenance – Perform regular servicing to keep machines running smoothly
Troubleshooting & Repair – Diagnose faults and fix mechanical/electrical issues
Customer Support – Explain usage, provide training, and resolve complaints
Documentation – Maintain service reports, logs, and parts usage
Emergency Visits – Handle urgent breakdowns on-site

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronics systems
Problem-solving and fault diagnosis ability
