Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover and manage 200–300 assigned Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs) including Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals, Malls, Banquet Halls, Government Offices, and RWAs.

• Conduct waste audits at BWG premises and assess current waste generation and segregation practices.

• Meet BWG management and key decision-makers to:

  • Explain the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) waste management model

  • Educate them about the Amritsar Smart City waste management initiative

  • Guide them through the Amritsar Smart City portal

  • Showcase the waste trail and processing flow

• Ensure registration of BWGs on the Amritsar Smart City portal and compliance with guidelines.

• Facilitate and ensure monthly collection of user charges from BWGs as per defined norms.

• Act as the primary grievance redressal point of contact for assigned BWGs and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain strong relationships with BWGs to ensure long-term compliance and satisfaction.

• Prepare and submit daily field reports and monthly performance and compliance reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams and Smart City officials for smooth execution of the project.
