We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Manpower Sourcing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing manpower directly from field locations, especially from rural/village areas. The focus will be on identifying and recruiting candidates for labor-intensive roles such as:

• Loading & unloading workers

• Security personnel

• Housekeeping staff

• Tailors (priority)

• Other blue-collar positions as required
