We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in international customer support and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails for US-based clients.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members when required.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Work closely with the quality and training teams to continuously improve service delivery.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a US-based customer care or BPO process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational weekends.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
