Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Owner
We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales in Goa by meeting prospects, generating leads, visiting sites, pitching our products/services, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication, local market knowledge, and daily field activity.
Visit potential customers daily (B2C/B2B as applicable) and pitch offerings
Generate leads through local networking, referrals, and market visits
Build and maintain a strong pipeline and follow-up regularly
Conduct product/service demos and explain pricing, timelines, and benefits
Negotiate and close deals; coordinate with internal team for execution
Collect customer requirements and share accurate details with the team
Maintain daily activity reports (visits, calls, leads, closures)
Handle basic customer queries and ensure smooth handover after sale
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
1–3 years experience in field sales (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Strong communication and convincing skills (English + Hindi; Konkani is a plus)
Comfortable with daily travel across Goa
Must have a two-wheeler (preferred) and valid license
Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, calls, Google Forms/Sheets/CRM if any)
Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented
Experience in interiors/home décor/real estate/construction (if relevant)
Existing local network in Goa (builders, brokers, retailers, etc.)
Fixed salary + incentives (performance-based)
