We are hiring a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor for our Solar EPC company, Nikev Energies. The candidate will be responsible for visiting new customer sites, conducting solar site inspections, taking roof measurements, collecting electricity bills, and explaining basic details of solar rooftop systems to customers during the first visit. The role also includes generating new enquiries from nearby houses or buildings while visiting sites. For ongoing solar projects, the candidate will act as the site supervisor and will be required to monitor day-to-day work, coordinate with contractors, vendors, transporters, and customers, and provide daily updates to the company through photos, videos, and reports. The job also involves basic office work such as data entry, documentation, and assisting in project-related tasks whenever required. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, responsible, willing to travel, and eager to learn about the solar industry.
