Job Description: Finance Field Executive

Compensation: Approx ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives & Allowances

About the Role

Ring and Kissht are leading digital lending and financial services platforms committed to providing instant credit and seamless financial solutions. We are looking for energetic, driven candidates to join our team as Finance Field Executives. In this role, you will represent the brand on the ground, interact directly with customers and merchant partners, and facilitate access to credit products.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular field visits within assigned territories (North 24 Parganas / Nadia) to acquire, onboard, and assist customers and merchant partners.

* Explain loan products, repayment terms, and credit app features clearly to prospective clients.

* Guide customers through the digital application, KYC verification, and documentation processes.

* Achieve monthly targets for customer outreach, lead conversion, and loan disbursements.

* Provide ground-level support, resolve customer queries, and uphold service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary); Graduates are preferred.

* Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in field sales, retail lending, or financial services is an added advantage.

* Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

* Work Style: High energy, self-motivated, and fully willing to work in the field.

* Local Presence: Familiarity with routes and commercial areas in North 24 Parganas or Nadia is a plus.
