Job Summary:

Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our SO5 non-voice process (Email & Chat). This is a great opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates with strong written communication skills who are interested in building a career in customer service.

• Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information and effective resolution to issues

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹23,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹2,750 per month (performance-based)

• Overtime Pay: Up to ₹5,000 per month (based on hours)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates (especially with chat/email background)
