JOB DESCRIPTION – CHAT PROCESS EXECUTIVE
Position: Chat Process Executive
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
CTC: ₹24,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Process: Non-Voice (Chat Process)
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support through chat.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Good written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Ability to handle multiple customer chats efficiently.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the client's requirements.
