Education Counsellor

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Education Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding students through the complete process of studying abroad , from career counseling and university selection to applications, visas, and pre-departure support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, career pathways, and suitable universities/programs.

• Guide students through the admission process including applications, documentation, SOPs, and interviews.

• Assist students with visa applications, financial documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.

• Stay updated on admission deadlines, entry requirements, and education policies across key destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).

• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student recruitment and conversions.

• Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related fields).

• 1-2 years of proven experience as an Overseas Education Counsellor/Study Abroad Consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and university admissions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
