Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our E-commerce Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining service quality, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions through voice support.
Maintain accurate customer records and process-related documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet productivity and performance targets.
Required Skills
Experience in BPO Voice Process.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to clear VERSANT, SHL, Typing, and Voice Assessments.
Basic computer and data management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Sales or Customer Service.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate (10+2+3).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO Voice Process.
Age: 18–30 Years.
Languages: English and Hindi.

VERSANT Voice Assessment (VETI 4)
SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
Typing Test (30 WPM with 85% Accuracy)
English & Hindi Voice Assessment
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC per month.
Experienced (1+ Year): ₹26,500 CTC per month.

Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks), Bangalore.
Work Mode: Work from Office.
Working Days: 6 Days per Week.
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off.
Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
