Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries related to telecom services, billing, technical support, account management, and delivering excellent customer experience. customer support roles commonly focus on troubleshooting, customer issue resolution, and service assistance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls from US-based customers
Resolve customer queries related to billing, network, plans, devices, and technical issues
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Troubleshoot basic telecom and connectivity issues
Maintain quality customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer records and document call details in the system
Meet process KPIs like productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Upsell/cross-sell products and services whenever applicable
Eligibility:
Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply
Minimum 6 months – 8 years of International Voice / BPO experience preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Excellent spoken English and communication skills required
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
Required Skills:
Strong communication and listening skills
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good typing and multitasking skills
