Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Support to lead and manage a customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the customer support team to achieve service excellence.

  • Handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards and SLAs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 3–7 years in Customer Support/Customer Service.

  • Prior experience in the logistics, courier, transportation, express distribution, or supply chain industry is highly preferred.

  • Team handling experience is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Customer Support tools is an advantage.
