Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Support to lead and manage a customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the customer support team to achieve service excellence.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints in a timely manner.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards and SLAs.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 3–7 years in Customer Support/Customer Service.
Prior experience in the logistics, courier, transportation, express distribution, or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Customer Support tools is an advantage.
