The Process Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations across teams by tracking tasks, supporting team members, resolving system-related issues, and ensuring timely escalations. They participate in meetings to align teams with process updates, support PMS compliance, and help identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Track team tasks and follow up on delays
Provide support and escalate issues within TAT
Handle system/process-related queries
Ensure alignment through meetings and communication
Analyze processes and suggest improvements
Generate KPI reports
Support onboarding and training
