We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in customer service, showing consistency and career stability, with at least 2 years in a Team Leader role. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service executives, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities include team performance management, handling escalations, conducting regular coaching sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs). The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages, along with strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, report generation, and proficiency in MS Excel is a must. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
